Well, this course resulted really interesting for me, I learned a lot about different things that you usually dont know but you must understand in order to be a good international business man. I liked too much the methodoly of the course, the presentations, the academic research and the blogs actitvity could help us to understand much better in an interactive way.
What I really loved of this course was the opportunity of make a research in every single activity, by this way we just not were reading and wirting, but expresing our ideas without boundaries.

Latin America, little research of the ethnic groups
The population of Latin America is a composite of ancestries, ethnic groups, and races, making the region one of the most diverse in the world. The specific composition varies from country to country: Many have a predominance of a European-Indian, or Mestizo, population; in others, Amerindians are a majority; some are dominated by inhabitants of European ancestry; and some countries' populations are primarily Mulatto. Most Latin American countries have varying sizes of Asian minorities. Europeans are the largest single group, and they and people of part-European ancestry combine for approximately 80% of the population
Latin America has a very broad cultural wealth, it is impossible to define a Latin American with some specific characteristics. We understand that here we all come from different lineages, which is why even when they try to make us see as one and stereotype us, we must bear in mind that not only our language is Spanish, the Portuguese is also in Brazil and even there almost 40 million people still speak their native languages.
For that reason I decided to make this little research that includes the ethnic distribution in Latin America, it can help us to understand why we are so different from anothers.
Here is a chart, showing the ethnic distribution among the territory, I hope this result interesting as it resulted to me.

Trade Unions In Europe and Colombia
The European Trade Union Confederation was set up in 1973 to promote the interests of working people at the European level and to represent them in the European Union institutions. It is recognized by the European Union, the Council of Europe, and the European Free Trade Association as the only representative cross-sectoral trade union organization at the European level.
Some countries, such as Germany, Belgium, Sweden, Finland, and the other Nordic countries, have strong, centralized unions, where every type of industry has a specific union, which are then gathered in large national union confederations. The largest union confederation in Europe is the German Confederation of Trade Unions.
On the other hand we have the trade unions in Colombia, where it appears just represent the interests of a few, because factors such as corruption havent left prosper many of these important organizations that in occasions not even oversee the main purpose of why they were created, to seek the best for the workers. Because of this and the various problems that our country has passed, we also find that here have been persecuted union leaders, so that a large number of these have been killed.

"The BOBs"
In "The BOBs" I chose the A.J.I (acao de jovens indigenas) as the most interesting of the whole blogs that I saw in this webpage, first called my attention that the blog was written in portuguese, and Im study this language, so it brought me an opportunity to go deeper in this culture.
By the other hand the topic itself of this blog was amazing, The authors of this blog are young Brazilians originating in the Dourados reservation in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul belong to the organization AJI (Action by the inhabitants of the Dourados reservation), which prepares the Indians to live in the outside world as if it were a school. Young bloggers write not only about the problems of your reservation, are also on national issues as the situation of indigenous peoples in Brazil.

The stolen generations in Australia
KEVIN Rudd has offered a broad apology to all Aborigines and the Stolen Generations for their "profound grief, suffering and loss" in a carefully worded statement that was greeted by a standing ovation today .
Thousands of Aboriginal Australians gathered in Canberra to watch the historic apology, which was televised around the nation and shown at special outdoor settings in remote indigenous communities.
Many of those watching had personal experience of the forcible removal of Aboriginal people, and there were emotional scenes as the apology was delivered.
From my own point of view result really useful to say sorry because they must started recognizing that they did wrong, by apologizing some wounds can be healed and thus begin to recognize these minorities as an essential part of Australian society, even thouhg I found out appropriate to ask forgiveness, I think which is not only necessary because many atrocities have been committed against indigenous and otherwise will have to compensate and gradually integrate them entirely to the system, giving greater opportunities and protecting them how they are suppose to do it.

E-Commerce from an Islamic perspective
Here is an opinion and a brief summary according to what happen with the E-commerce and the Islamic perception
While E-Commerce is spreading worldwide, many Muslims are wondering whether this new form of commerce is acceptable from the Syariah (Islamic Law) point of view. Thus, this research paper is meant to study the Islamic perspectives in e-commerce, particularly in its transaction, as well as the rights of the producers and customers. Issues on the legality of E-Commerce in Islam are examined to expose to Muslims around the world so that they could benefit from this new technology if it is proved legal and acceptable in Islam.
