The culture across time has been a mix of features and spiritual toughts, that characterized a society or social group in a given period of time. It also includes lifestyles, ceremonies, art, inventions, technology, value chains, human rights, traditions and beliefs. This concept is referred for a long time for an activity due the interaction of society, but later this term was taken to the organizations in the eighties, and started to become stronger.
Organizational culture is the interaction of values, attitudes and behaviors shared by all members of a company or organization. It has been as well as a characterized way of thinking and do the things in a determinated company.
Here we can find out that both definitions point to the same way, saying that is all what identify an organization and make the diference, making the members feel part of it.
